1. About this policy

True Axis Pte Ltd (UEN 202635051C) ("True Axis", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

It applies to personal data we collect through www.trueaxis.com.sg, our booking page, email, phone, WhatsApp and our social media pages. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to this policy.

2. Personal data we collect

We only collect what we need. This may include:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and company name, when you fill in a form, book a session or contact us.
  • Booking details: the date and time you choose, and anything you tell us when booking a Clarity Conversation.
  • Enquiry details: what you are looking for, team size, preferred timing and any other information you choose to share in our proposal or registration forms.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
  • Basic technical data: our website host may record standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this website.

3. How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and requests for proposals
  • Schedule and manage coaching sessions, workshops and conversations
  • Send you the free guide you asked for
  • Send occasional emails about our programmes and resources, only if you have agreed to receive them
  • Prepare proposals, agreements and invoices
  • Keep our records accurate and meet our legal and regulatory obligations
  • Keep our website secure and working properly

We will not use your personal data for any other purpose without telling you first and, where required, asking for your consent.

4. Consent and withdrawing it

We collect, use and disclose your personal data with your consent, or where the PDPA otherwise allows it. When you submit a form or book a session, you consent to us using your details for that purpose.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing dpo@trueaxis.com.sg. You can also unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email we send. We will act on your request within a reasonable time, usually within 10 working days. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide some services to you, and we will tell you if that is the case.

5. Who we share your personal data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Google (Google Workspace): email, calendar bookings, form responses and file storage
  • Netlify: hosting our website and receiving website form submissions
  • Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram): if you contact us through these platforms
  • Professional advisers: such as accountants or lawyers, where needed

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it. Any associate coach or trainer who works with us on your engagement is bound to keep your information confidential.

6. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Singapore. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, for example by using providers with recognised data protection commitments.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law:

  • All personal data: up to 1 year after our last engagement or contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep a record longer (for example, invoices kept for tax purposes)
  • Testimonials you have agreed to let us publish: for as long as we use them, or until you ask us to remove them

After that, we securely delete or anonymise it.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures, including password-protected accounts with two-step verification, access limited to people who need it, and secure (HTTPS) connections on our website. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a data breach occurs, including notifying you and the PDPC where required.

9. Accessing and correcting your data

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or to correct anything that is wrong. Email dpo@trueaxis.com.sg. We will reply within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you when to expect a response. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, and will tell you the amount first.

10. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use essential cookies or similar technology needed for the site to work securely. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.

11. Links to other sites

Our website links to other services, such as Google Calendar, Google Forms, WhatsApp and our social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
